Yoonji Jung is the founder of Good Creatives. Her vision is to collaborate with like-minded creatives that strive to serve those who are compassionate and care for the world around them.

Yoonji Jung
Founder / Creative Director (she/her)
Founded in 2018 as YJ Design, the studio evolved into Good Creatives in 2020 when Yoonji envisioned building a global network of creative partners united by purpose. Today, Good Creatives brings together designers and storytellers from diverse backgrounds who feel good about the work they do and create solutions that genuinely reflect the communities they serve.
Yoonji Jung, founder and creative director, leads the creative vision, brand strategy, and client partnerships at Good Creatives. She is committed to collaborating with values-driven creatives who care deeply about people and the world around them. Yoonji ensures every project honors the client’s mission and audience — blending aesthetics with clarity, meaning, and impact. She oversees all design direction, mentors the team, and guides the creative process from concept through delivery.
Cory Shoemaker
Partner / Content Strategist (he/him)
Cory Shoemaker (he/him), Strategic Partner at Good Creatives and Co-Founder/Developer of Story Engine, specializes in strategic messaging, storytelling, and content systems for purpose-driven organizations. He loves partnering with nonprofits, grassroots teams, and mission-aligned leaders to sharpen their narratives, build visibility, and amplify the voices closest to their work.
Before joining Good Creatives in 2023, Cory served as a marketing and communications strategist at an agency and spent eight years as an independent digital marketing strategist working with clients ranging from global consumer brands to high-growth companies and music production teams. He studied at Rollins College, Queen Mary University of London, and Daytona State College, and holds a certification in Human Centered Design Thinking & Leadership. His approach is rooted in the belief that community-driven storytelling is the most powerful catalyst for lasting change.
Tatum Downing
Account Coordinator (she/her)
Tatum Downing (she/her) is an Account Coordinator at Good Creatives. She helps keep projects on track, clients in the loop, and the creative team moving forward — making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Tatum thrives in collaborative environments where organization and communication matter, and she takes pride in being the person teams can count on to follow through.
Before joining Good Creatives in 2025, Tatum gained over four years of experience in digital marketing — including roles with local arts and community-based organizations, where she managed social media, maintained websites, handled community inquiries, and helped coordinate events. She has a deep passion for nonprofit work and is driven by the opportunity to use her skills to support organizations that make a real difference in their communities. She has also held marketing positions across a variety of industries. She double majored in Business Marketing and Management and holds a Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate.
